Authorization to Perform Work

The property owner authorizes KZ Tree Care LLC, its employees, and subcontractors to enter the property to perform the services described in this estimate.

Payment

The customer agrees to pay the full amount due for all services provided as outlined in this estimate. Payment is due according to the agreed-upon terms.

Deposits

A deposit is required before work is scheduled.

• Under $1,500 25% deposit required.
• Over $2,000 50% deposit required.
• $1,500–$2,000 Deposit requirement determined by KZ Tree Care LLC.
• Balance Remaining balance is due upon completion of the job.

Late Payments

Any unpaid balance after the due date may be assessed a late fee of $25 per 5 days or $200.00 per month until paid in full.

Collections, Legal Fees, and Liens

If payment is not received, KZ Tree Care LLC reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available, including filing a mechanic's lien where permitted by law. The customer agrees to be responsible for all reasonable collection costs, court costs, attorney's fees, and other expenses incurred in collecting unpaid amounts, where permitted by applicable law.

Property Damage

While KZ Tree Care LLC takes every reasonable precaution to protect your property, tree work is inherently hazardous. The customer acknowledges that incidental damage to lawns, landscaping, driveways, sidewalks, underground utilities not properly marked, fences, or other property may occur as a result of performing the contracted services. KZ Tree Care LLC will not be responsible for damage resulting from conditions beyond its reasonable control or from hazards that were not disclosed or visible before work began.
